Main duties of the job
Provide visible, high calibre nursing care and support to the prisons healthcare teams within a multi-disciplinary framework for adults struggling with mental health problems. The post holder will join an established nursing team and contribute to the development of good clinical practice promoting the clinical and professional development of staff to ensure they provide holistic and evidence-based care. The post holder will also provide deputy management duties within this unit and participate in the overall development of the Service.
